Why are you doing pre-order and crowdfunding?

When you open a store for the first time there are many upfront costs.

The biggest one is to have enough starting funds to build an inventory to be able to start selling products. Unfortunately, we couldn’t secure funds through banks, since they rarely take any risks with newly established businesses like ours.

With pre-orders we’ll be able to get the funds needed to place the first orders with our partners. The only downside is that it will take a little bit longer for you to receive the products.
How does the pre-order work?

The pre-order store will open on 15/09 at 17:00 (GMT+2) and will be open for 48h only. After that, we’ll place the order with our suppliers and ship them to you as soon as they arrive. Some suppliers will be able to ship within 2-3 weeks. Others will take about 6-8 weeks because they only make products on demand. You should be able to get your products in 1-3 months depending on what you ordered.
What perks do I get for pre-ordering?

When you place a pre-order, you automatically become a VIP Member forever. VIP Members get:

  • Exclusive early access: you will get notified before every supply order, so that you can secure your exact product and size before anyone else, without ever worrying about items going sold-out!
  • Shape our future catalog: decide with us which products we should add to our future collections.
Is there any risk with pre-ordering?

There are no risks associated with pre-ordering. You will receive your products, the only risk is not knowing exactly when you will receive them, but it will be somewhere between 1-3 months from when the order was placed.
What happens if you don’t reach enough pre-orders or donations?

We don’t have a minimum order or donation quantity that we need to reach to be able to launch the store. However, the amount of orders and donations will determine how the store will operate in the near future. For example if we will be able to build some inventory and open the store as an order-ship directly, or if there will be the need for another pre-order campaign.
Will you always only do pre-orders?

As we are self-funded, we don’t have any set-in-stone plans, as it will all depend on whether we get enough funding to the pre-order and crowdfunding to get started. Our goal is to have a shop that is always open and with enough stock to be able to sell directly and not with pre-order model, but we will have clearer view on this after the launch.

Is the payment discreet?

Yes, whichever payment method you choose, it will show a generic Distribution name, not our store name.

🫶 Donations & Crowdfunding

How does crowdfunding work?

We will open the crowdfunding on 15/09. Your donation will directly cover costs such as company registration, laptops, insurance, printer, subscriptions to the softwares we need to run the company.

We will not take out salaries until at least the end of the year, to make sure that every penny is reinvested on the company's needs! Sign up to the waitlist to make sure you don’t miss the opportunity to donate!
Do I get anything from donating?

Yes! You will receive a surprise thank you gift, and if you want to, your name will be added to the “Supporters” permanent page on our website.
I am not interested in your products, but I want to support you. How can I do that?

You can support our initial set-up costs with a donation. We will open the crowdfunding on 15/09.

How can I make a donation?

There are two ways to make a donation.
- Via our website

- Swish to 1230828178 (NAUTA Distribution) and mark the payment as “Donation”.

🚚 Shipping

Where do you ship to?

During pre-order we ship to Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway
Will you expand to ship to other countries?

We have plans to expand to all EU countries, but this depends primarily on the Packaging regulations that came into effect 12th of August 2026. These regulations put a high economic burden to small businesses like ours, making it impossible to ship everywhere. We heard that the regulations might change soon to make it easier for small businesses like ours to ship to other European countries. We will keep you informed when this happens!
What are the shipping costs?

Sweden: free for orders over 600 SEK. Below 600 SEK shipping costs 65 SEK.

Finland: Free for orders over 120 EUR. Orders 0-60 EUR = shipping costs 11,5 EUR. Orders 60-120 EUR= shipping costs 6 EUR.
Denmark: free for orders over 750 DKK. Orders 0-400 DKK = shipping costs 90 DKK. Orders 400-750 DKK = shipping costs 44 DKK.

Norway: Free shipping over 1200 NOK. Orders 0-600 NOK= shipping costs 185 NOK. Orders 600-1200 NOK= shipping costs 95 NOK.

We are a small, trans-owned business which has higher running costs compared to some big famous corporates that can offer free shipping on every order. We tried to compromise by offering free shipping over certain amounts. We know that it might be disappointing to have to pay for shipping costs, we hope that you understand that this is part of your way of supporting a trans-owned business allowing it to keep existing!
How can I save on shipping costs

If you can’t reach the free shipping cost, we encourage you to order together with friends! You can easily reach the minimum order amounts for free shipping if you order together.

Free pick-up in Store (Stockholm only)

We partnered with the queer tattoo studio sta.demonia in Stockholm to offer free pick-up at their location in selected time slots! You can pick the option “free pick up in store” at the checkout. When your order is ready for pick-up you will receive an email with an option to book your pick-up time slot. 

If you can’t find a suitable pick-up slot please contact us at info@gendernautstore.eu and we will find a solution.
Is the shipping discreet?

Yes, the shipping box is plain with no logos, and the shipping label has a vague “distribution” name. This is meant to ensure that we won't out you when buying form us.

🔄 Return & Exchange

What are the return policies on your products?

14 Days Right of Withdrawal: The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day on which you receive the items.

To be eligible for a return and refund, items must strictly meet the following conditions based on their product category:

Binders, bras: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original brand tags and labels attached. (You are allowed to try them on once, after washing yourself and leaving all the tags on)

Prostheses: Items delivered in sealed protective packaging must be returned with the original seal completely unbroken and intact.

Underwear*: Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, underwear and hygiene-sensitive items must feature an intact, untampered protective hygiene sticker. (You are allowed to try them on once over another clean underwear, after washing yourself and leaving all the tags on)

* exception for Banana Prosthetics and Coco-nuts underwear: due to health protection and hygiene reasons, if the package seal is broken, the right of withdrawal is forfeit. That means you can only return an unopened package.
Can I exchange a product size?

When you return an item you can get money back or credit to place another order. 

This is mostly due to our team made out of two people, meaning that it's harder for us to manage exchanges directly at the moment.
Who pays the shipping cost for returning

The customer is responsible for paying the direct cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you remain responsible for the items until they are delivered to us.
We are a small trans-owned business that couldn’t survive if we had to bear the costs of each returning item. We provide extensive information on the characteristics of each product and on how to measure yourself to find the correct size prior to purchasing, to minimize the risks of having to return or exchange an item.
