1. Order Processing & Pre-Order Timelines

In Stock Items

Orders from items currently in stock are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and Swedish Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email

Pre-Order Items

Items purchased on pre-order will be processed within 3 months after receiving your order confirmation email. We work with partner brands that might have limited availability on stock and might need a longer processing time than anticipated. We reserve the right to take longer than 3 months in these exceptional circumstances. We will inform you if that situation happens and you will be able to cancel your order if you don't accept the new estimated waiting time.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email notification containing a tracking number.

4. Unclaimed Packages

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not picked up from a local collection point within the specified time or you made yourself unavailable for delivery, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee for re-shipping the item. This will be based on destination: Sweden 65 SEK, Finland 10 EUR, Denmark 80 DKK, Norway 170 NOK

5. Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please take immediately clear photos and contact us immediately at orders@gendernautstore.eu , with your order number.

6. Discreet Shipping

Our packaging has no brand on it and the shipping label will display a neutral Distribution name. If you want to know more specifically about the distribution name on the shipping label, please contact us.
