1. Overview and General Terms

This website is operated by 1011 Collective AB (Organisationsnummer: 559582-6396). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to 1011 Collective AB.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). These Terms apply to all users of the site.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age; or
You are at least 16 years of age and purchasing goods using funds earned from your own employment (in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 3 of the Swedish Parental Code); or
You are under 18 years of age and have obtained explicit permission from your parent or legal guardian to make the purchase.

If an order is placed by a minor without the required consent or legal entitlement under applicable law, the legal guardian reserves the right to request a cancellation of the contract upon returning the goods in accordance with our Return Policy

3. Products and Hygiene Regulations

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display the colors, images and features of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your devices' display of any color will be entirely accurate.

Hygiene Protection and Packaging Seals

Some of our products are shipped with protective packaging seals or hygienic stickers. Removing or tampering a seal will make the product unsuitable for return, as stated in our Return Policy.

4. Orders, Pricing & Pre-Orders

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website include Swedish Taxes (MOMS/VAT) except when explicitly stated or when a product is tax exempt such as Donations.

Shipping costs are calculated at check-out.

5. Pre-orders

Products purchased as pre-orders show an estimated time of delivery at check-out, that can be shorter or longer based on suppliers availability. Should the delivery time be longer than 3 months you will be notified beforehand.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment providers (e.g. Shopify, Klarna etc).
Swish payment option is offered directly through the 1011 Collective AB Swish number and is handled manually outside of the Shopify store.

To guarantee discreet payments, all Payments will not display the 1011 Collective name but a more generic Distributor name. If you want to know more about which name will be displayed on the payment, please contact us at info@gendernautstore.eu

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of 1011 Collective AB. In case of marketing material provided by our suppliers, the property remains theirs. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
