Return & Cancellation Policy

In accordance with EU Consumer Protection Directives and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lag(2005:59) om disntansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokal), you have the right to cancel and return your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-days cooling off period)

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day on which you receive physical possession of the items.

2. Product-specific Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund, items must strictly meet the following conditions based on their product category:

Binders and Bras: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original brand tags and labels attached. You are allowed to try them on once, after washing yourself and leaving all the tags on.

Prostheses: Items delivered in sealed protective packaging must be returned with the original seal completely unbroken and intact.

Underwear*: Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, underwear and hygiene-sensitive items must feature an intact, untampered protective hygiene sticker. You are allowed to try the product on once over another clean underwear, after washing yourself and leaving all the tags on.

*Exception for Banana Prosthetics and Coco-Nuts underwear: due to health protection and hygiene reasons, if the package seal is broken, the right of withdrawals and return is forfeit. That means you can only return an unopened package.

3. Diminished Value

You are entitled to inspect items to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, just as you would in a physical store. If an item is returned damaged, worn beyond reasonable inspection, missing tags, or altered, or the seal is broken, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value from your refund (up to 100% of the item's purchase price).

4. How to initiate a Return

1. Log-in to Your Account

Go to our website, click the account icon, and log in to your account using the email address associated with your order

2. Select the Items

Navigate to your orders, select the order you wish to return, click Request Return and choose the specific item(s) and reason for return

3. Await Approval

Once submitted, our team will review your request to ensure category eligibility. You will receive an email confirmation once approved, and further return instructions.

4. Ship the product

Pack the item(s) including their original packaging and all tags and hygiene seals intact. Post the parcel to the return address indicated in the email confirmation.
