Care & Safety

Use
  • SWIMMING: YES - BUT. Silicone breast prostheses are suitable for use in salt water and chlorinated water, but frequent or prolonged exposure to water may affect the material over time.
  • CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water. Pay attention if you have long nails as it can damage the prostheses. Wrap them safely when transporting them to prevent damage. Silicone breast prostheses can leak if the surface is damaged.
  • STORAGE: Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. Do not store them in contact with other silicone prostheses, and avoid placing prostheses on top of each other.
  • ALLERGIES AND SAFETY: this product contains Silicone. It does not contain latex.
  • HOW TO USE: Make sure the top of the prostheses points upwards. With oval prostheses, the pointed side is the top side; with triangle prostheses, the narrowest side is the top side.
  • Flying with silicone prostheses: Silicone prosthetics, particularly those crafted from high-quality 100% silicone, are generally not problematic when passing through X-ray machines. As a non-metallic material, silicone typically appears as a dense but non-metallic object on scans. However, unlike natural body tissues, silicone prosthetics are homogeneous and lack internal structures. While the prosthetic may appear highly realistic on the surface, advanced body scanners can often detect subtle variations in texture and composition.
